Here we are, preparing a meal for 120 homeless people in December. We served roast turkey, cornbread stuffing, candied yams with marshmallows, home made whole-berry cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, gravy, green salad, a dinner roll and butter, milk or lemonade. We served home-baked Christmas cookies and ice cream for dessert. We did a special holiday meal in December. Our regular menu is chicken broth, rosemary roast pork tenderloin, fried rice, corn O'Brian, green salad, roll and butter, brownie, ice cream, and a piece of fruit and a bottle of water for the next day.
