A liberal religious voice in the Central Valley since 1953.

We have an auction every Spring. Members donate goods or services and other members buy them. It started out as a "Dessert and Talent Auction", with people paying $35 for one of Mary Johnson's home-made lemon pies. It has grown. We now raise $12,000 to $16,000 per year, thanks to an impressive array of talents among our members, a generous membership, and healthy appetites. Many of the items offered these days are gourmet meals for 8, which go for $40 to $80 per person.

The Auction is our biggest fund-raiser of the year and our second biggest income item, after pledges.

You can browse past auction items. We keep three years worth to give people ideas.

2010 Auction Items. (Long descriptions, minimum bid, winning bid.)
